| Visits to places of historical interest are based upon members’ suggestions and voting each year. Some are by public transport and others by car. Some locations have a maximum group size and where this occurs places are available on a first come/first paid (where applicable) basis. Group members sometimes assist with the organisation of visits. Where we travel by car, we try to share the driving and there is a suggested donation per car to cover the cost. | |
